COMPATIBILITY & INTENDED USE

Problem Solvers MisMatch 2.2 adapters are compatible with Shimano I-Spec II shifters and SRAM MatchMaker equipped brake levers.

INSTALLATION
1. Remove the shifter clamp from your I-Spec II shifters.
2. Install the MisMatch 2.2 Adapter on the back of the shifter body. The machined end should seat securely in the shifter body allowing for side-to-side adjustment. (Fig. 1)

3. With the brake lever removed from your handlebar, fit the concave square nut under the MatchMaker brake lever clamp (Fig. 2).

4. Grease the threads of the brake lever clamp fixing bolt and install the brake lever onto your handlebar.Torque fixing bolt to 4Nm (Fig. 3). Do not exceed max torque spec for the handlebar.

5. Apply thread locker to the MisMatch 2.2 Adapter fixing bolt and attach it and the shifter to the brake lever using the installed concave square nut. Torque all MisMatch 2.2 adapter bolts to 3Nm (Figs. 4, 5).

ONGOING MAINTANENCE

Inspect your MisMatch 2.2 Adapter for signs of excessive wear, cracks, or other fatigue before every ride. If you suspect that your MisMatch 2.2 Adapter has been damaged, return it to the shop where it was purchased to be inspected by a professional bicycle mechanic.

If you and your shop think your Problem Solvers product is worthy of a warranty inspection, please return the product to the original place of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt.
