What is the price range?▼
Frames start around $1,800 USD for T700 builds. Premium T800/T1000 layups with advanced paint can reach $4,500+. Accessories are priced separately.
How do I provide my body measurements?▼
You can send a professional Bike Fitting report, or we will provide a detailed measurement guide with video instructions. We also accept existing bike geometry if you want to replicate it.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept PayPal, bank wire transfer, and major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
What is your refund & cancellation policy?▼
Because every frame is custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or subjective size preference. However, if you cancel before design approval, you receive a full refund. After design approval but before production starts, a $200 design fee is deducted. Once production begins, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of verified manufacturing defects, we provide free repair or replacement under our warranty.
How much does a frame weigh?▼
Weight depends on size, layup, and options. A typical road frame in T800 starts around 850g (size M, unpainted). Mountain frames are slightly heavier due to reinforcement. We always optimize weight without compromising safety.
What warranty do you offer?▼
We provide a limited lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects for the original owner. This covers issues like delamination or bonding failures under normal use. Crash damage, normal wear, and improper assembly are not covered, but we offer crash replacement discounts.
Can I change the design or color after approval?▼
Minor adjustments (e.g., decal color) may be possible before production starts. Significant geometry or layup changes may incur additional cost and delay. We always confirm the final design drawing with you before cutting any carbon.
How do you ship and what about customs?▼
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full insurance. Shipping cost is quoted at checkout. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide all necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.
Do you accept OEM or bulk orders?▼
